Leeds United defender Luke Ayling believes the supporters were correct to boo the Whites on Sunday.

The Elland Road club are in crisis after they slumped to a 4-1 defeat to Bournemouth in the Premier League.

Leeds are right outside the relegation zone, but know they are doomed if they cannot correct a recent run of poor results.

Speaking to LUTV, Ayling said: "We've come down here with a chance to win the game and we play like that, it's just not good enough.

We let in two sloppy goals in the first half and didn't give ourselves a chance.

"The fans travel all the way down here and they spend their money and we give that kind of performance, it's not good enough.

The fans at the end booed us and they've got every right to."
